TruthFeed is now TrueFrame

Feb 10, 2026·3 min read

TruthFeed is now TrueFrame. New name, same mission: help you see the full picture behind every news story.

Why the change?

"TruthFeed" implied we had a monopoly on truth. We don't. Nobody does. What we actually do is give you the frame: who's covering a story, how they're covering it, what perspectives are present, and which ones are missing. The frame around the news matters as much as the news itself. TrueFrame captures that more honestly.

The name also kept getting confused with other projects. A distinct name at a dedicated domain (trueframe.news) makes us easier to find and harder to confuse.

What changed?

The name and the URL. That's it.

  • New URL: trueframe.news
  • Old URL (truthfeed.vercel.app) redirects here automatically
  • Your account, your followed topics and sources, your reading history: all untouched
  • The product, the features, the AI pipeline: all the same

If you bookmarked the old URL, update it when you get a chance. The redirect will keep working indefinitely.

What didn't change?

Everything that matters:

  • 250+ sources rated for bias, factuality, and ownership
  • AI-generated neutral headlines and summaries
  • Bias distribution bars showing how left, center, and right cover each story
  • Blindspot detection for stories your usual sources might miss
  • Your personal news bias dashboard

We're still in beta. We're still building. The roadmap hasn't changed. The name just fits better now.

What's next?

We have a lot shipping in the coming weeks: better clustering (grouping articles about the same event), richer story detail pages, and the features that make TrueFrame worth telling people about. More on that soon.

For now: welcome to TrueFrame. Same mission, better name.
