TrueFrame Beta: What's included and what's coming

TrueFrame is now in private beta. If you're reading this, you probably have access. Here's what you'll find.

What's Live

The core product is functional:

Top Stories — the biggest stories of the day, ranked by coverage volume, with bias distribution bars showing how each story breaks across the political spectrum
My Feed — stories filtered by your followed sources and topics
Blindspot — stories heavily covered by sources you don't typically read, designed to pop your filter bubble
Story Detail — full analysis of any story with headline comparison across Left, Center, and Right takes, AI summaries, and source-level data
Source Profiles — every source in our database with bias rating, factuality score, ownership data, and the AI's rationale
Source Directory — searchable, filterable directory of all 10,000+ rated sources
My News Bias — personal dashboard analyzing your reading patterns across bias, factuality, and topics

During beta, every user gets full Vantage-tier access. That means:

No credit card required. No trial period. You get everything while we're in beta.

We have a roadmap. Here's what's next:

Mobile app — the web app is responsive, but a native iOS/Android app is planned
Local news — expanding coverage beyond national/international sources to include local outlets
API access — for researchers, educators, and developers who want to build on our data
Source comparison tools — side-by-side analysis of how two sources cover the same topics
Reading challenges — gamified prompts to read outside your usual bias range
